and dried cranberries, crackers and fruit compote cup

with parsley buttered potatoes and fiesta corn served with jalapeno corn muffins
Shrimp/seafood pasta salad with celery, bell peppers and garden peas
served on a bed of greens and crackers and appropriate garnish
Margarita - Chicken Salad - marinated chicken breast seasoned with
cumin, lime and lime peel - atop red ripe tomato slices, slivered
red onion and fresh avocado slices served with a cup of soup of the day
