BALLROOM WEDDINGS - Your Wedding package includes our Wedding Gazebo with up to 85 chairs, set up and take down, Banquet Ballroom and Pavilion (with play ground for the children, you provide the supervisor for the children) as well as additional cocktail or dining seating pool side, if necessary, Bride and Bridesmaids changing room, Groom and Groomsmen changing area, Bartender for entire function, bridal party skirted table, skirted gift and cake table, terraced buffet table. Also included is parking lot attendant for groups of over 80 persons. A covered area is provided outdoors for smokers. Provided also in the event of inclement weather is a completely covered chapel like area with glass windows for the ceremony. A high powered sound system and
5 disc CD changer is also provided at no additional charge.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -
The Timbers of Perry, Inc. as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic berverages in accordance with the State of Florida Liquor Control Board. It is the policy, therefore, that all alcoholic beverages be supplied by The Timbers of Perry, Inc. The legal drinking age in the State of Florida is 21 years. **NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO BRING
ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE PROPERTY**
The bartender, the fee is $65 for 4 hours. Beverages charges: bottled beer $2.50, premium beer $3.00, domestic wine, $4.00, soda, iced tea, $1.50. House Champagne $13 per opened bottle.
Food: Selections can vary widely from type to quanity - once you discuss with us your budget and desires we can work together to develop this portion of the wedding to fit within your budget and provide a delicious array of appetizers or entrees to please your guests. Costs will run for "heavy" appetizer selection from $8.95pp to $13.95pp. Sit down dinners chicken/fish entrees
from $16.95pp to Prime Rib/2 entree plates $24.95pp *SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL CONFIRMED*.
*Holidays include New Years, Eve and Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and the Friday, Saturday & Sunday after Thanksgiving. Facilities closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
PAVILION WEDDINGS - Will accomodate 100+ guests, 32 x 60 pavilion, BBQ equipment and indoor restrooms. 4 hours total time anytime $300.00 plus 7% sales tax. Self-catering or other outside caterers are permitted for pavilion functions.

Wedding Rates
The Timbers of Perry, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. The Timbers of Perry cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought into the banquet area. Client will be held responsible for any damages to carpeting, window and wall treatments, tables, chairs, lighting, sound and audio-visual equipment, caused by attendees or outside vendors.
As prescribed in the contract, 50% Fifty percent of the full amount of the total cost of the event is due upon booking of the event with the entire amount due within 45 days of the event. If the customer is forced to cancel the event, the customer will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. The following provisions represent a reasonable effort on behalf of The Timbers of Perry, Inc., to establish
the actual damages to be paid by the customer for cancellation of this agreement.
