Enjoy the comfortable setting and take break around the pool area. $200 per day room charge plus 7% sales tax. We can customize our menu to fit your needs.

As prescribed in the contract, 50% Fifty percent of the full amount of the total cost of the event is due upon
booking of the event with the entire amount due within 45 days of the event. If the customer is forced to cancel
the event, the customer will forfeit the non-refuncable deposit. The following provisions represent a reasonable
effort on behalf of The Timbers of Perry, Inc., to establish the actual damages to be paid by the customer for
cancellation of this agreement.
