We have a choice of two private meeting rooms. The Corporate Room is available for seating up to 25 people. The Banquet room seats 65, wireless internet, TV, telephone & fax. From simple Continental breakfast meeting to all day training sessions.
Happy Hour starts at 5:00 pm daily, poolside (weather permitting), along with "Munchies" and fresh popcorn.

As prescribed in the contract, 50% Fifty percent of the full amount of the total cost of the event is due upon
booking of the event with the entire amount due within 45 days of the event. If the customer is forced to cancel
the event, the customer will forfeit the non-refuncable deposit. The following provisions represent a reasonable
effort on behalf of The Timbers of Perry, Inc., to establish the actual damages to be paid by the customer for
cancellation of this agreement.
